- Formation of Cull Hamilton & Company. The object of this association was to solicit and procure contracts for life insurance, fire insurance, accident insurance and all other forms and kinds of insurance; to buy, hold and sell real estate; to act as agent for persons, firms or corporations in buying and selling real estate and to collect rents.
November 1920
- The corporation, Cull Hamilton & Company, changed to Martin-Serrin Company under the business classification of an Insurance Agency and Farming. Officers were: Orville Martin - President, Paul Serrin - Vice President, Lester Martin - Secretary/Treasurer.
1936
- Elmer Martin joined the agency.
1947
- James Orville Martin joined the agency.
1978
- Robert Arnold joined the agency.
2004
- J.W. Arnold joined the agency.
